VESSEL OVERVIEW:
Albin has done a great job utilizing the living space below while maintaining a wide-open deck plan with a Flybridge and cockpit aft.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
Two full staterooms, galley up, Flybridge and lower pilothouse steering station.

MASTER AND GUEST STATEROOMS:
Forward is a large stateroom with a large forward berth. To port is a tub and shower and to starboard is a full head. Up a few steps is an airy and well-lit salon with opening doors to port and starboard. There is a large dinette to port and a full galley to starboard. Aft is a large private cabin with an ensuite head and a large berth that is also a dinette. There is a door aft as well to the aft cockpit.

MAIN SALON:
Large dinette, full galley, pilothouse with large windows and port and starboard opening doors.

GALLEY:
Full fridge and freezer, three-burner electric cook top with oven, SS sink and large countertop

DECK AND HULL:
Aft cockpit with opening door to swim platform with storable swim ladder. Wide walk around side decks, large Flybridge with L seating and two helm chairs, open forward deck with anchor pulpit and windlass.
