Broker's Comments
|
This vessel was sold new, by us, and is now in the hands of her second, very knowledgeable, owner.Hehas spent a considerable amount of time and money in upgradingthis boat to make her not only faster but easier to sail. For a cruising boat she has quite a record.
She was the first Catalina to finish in the Harvest Moon Regatta (150 miles offshore) the last three years. In 2006 she was1st place in the same regatta in theCruising Spinnaker Class, 1st in her Division. She was also 1st in her Division in 2007.Just past, she was 1st place in the Cruising Spinnaker Class in the 2008 Regata de Amigos which is an offshore race from Galveston, Texas to Vera Cruz, Mexico. If you desire a Catalina 470 that has had a good owner, one whohas taken the time and effort to go through all the systems and has proven the boat, then please consider this Catalina 470. |
