Accommodations
|
| The three cabin stateroom layout has a large V-berth cabin forward, crew's quarter (bunks) along the starboard side and owner's stateroom with large double bed in a private aft cabin. Three heads and two showers serve the staterooms and the main salon. The U-shaped settee converts to a double berth and starboard settee pulls out for an additional berth. Sleeps 9 total. 6'4" headroom accommodates almost anyone. |

Galley
|
| The galley is to port and has a centerline double stainless sink. 3 burner propane stove with oven, salt water pump, pressurized water, ice box plus Norcold portable chest cooler which operates on 12 V or 110. Water capacity is 150 gallons with a 6 gallon hot water heater. |

Electronics and Electrical
|
| Electronics include and Autohelm 3000 Autopilot, Micrologic Loran, Apelco VHF radio, compass, and direction finder. Three batteries with parallel switch supply the engine starting and 12 V circuits. The vessel is fitted with a 30 amp. Battery charger, 110 V outlets, 50' shore power cord. 12 V fans, AM/FM stereo, navigation lights, spreader lights, and automatic and manual bilge pumps. |

Engine
|
The reliable 54 HP Perkins 4-154 engine has a fresh water cooling system, fuel filters, raw water strainer, and bilge blower. Fuel capacity is 150 gallons. Engine was rebuilt in 1990.

Deck Layout
|
| White fiberglass deck with non-skid is cool maintenance free. The recently painted hull is red with blue boot stripe. There are duel anchor rollers on the bow and double anchor lockers opening on the foredeck. The spinnaker pole is mounted on the starboard foredeck. The aft deck has two deck lockers, barbeque and swim ladder off the stern. Large hatches provide light and ventilation throughout. The cockpit is large with teak seats and floor grate. There is a sun awning which fits over the boom to shade the cockpit at anchor or dock. |

Sails and Rigging
|
| Sail inventory includes main, 130% Genoa with Hyde roller furling, staysail, and spinnaker. Aluminum mast is stepped on cabin sole with stainless I beam beneath. The standing rigging is stainless steel wire. "Happy Ours" is equipped with spinnaker pole and gear, mainsheet traveler, jiffy reefing, topping lift, internal halyards, 4 barlow self-tailing winches and six winch handles. All lines run back to cockpit for easy short handed sailing. |
