Brief Walkthrough
|
| Lerin's Luff has two cabins, fore and aft, with two large heads. The aft cabin's berth has been modified with a permanent filler to create a larger queen berth. The head features a separate shower stall. Teak storage cabinets and bookshelves have been added to aft cabin and salon. Her interior is varnished teak with holly sole. Her upholstery and curtains were replaced in 1999. |

Galley
|
The Galley is U-shaped to port of the companionway and features a deep centerline double stainless steel sink, a large 3-burner stove w/oven, and an icebox large enough for extended cruising. The icebox is refrigerated by an Adler Barbour 12-volt system. New compressor and evaporator added in 1999 and recharged in June '06.

Her cockpit is roomy with cushioned seating and storage. She has pedestal steering with a binnacle on top of the pedestal. There is a cockpit table with teak drink holders. Forward, built into the bulkhead, you will find a digital depth finder and a speed/log meter. Weather protection is provided by a bimini and dodger with full enclosures and full cockpit cushions. Lerin's Luff is sloop-rigged, however, it has removable cutter stay and running back stays for storm jib. She has alumninum spars supported by stainless steel wire rigging and has dacron running rigging. Her foresail is a roller furling genoa and has a new cover for the mainsail. - Main with Slab Reefing

| The Salon and dining area features teak and holly flooring, oriental carpet runners, fixed table with hinged leaves, cabinets, bookshelves and curtains. In the salon area you will also find a fully equipped navigation station. |

|
| The Master Stateroom is aft with a queen berth and head. It is furnished with teak and holly flooring and bookshelves both port and starboard. There spaces for storage including a closet, 2 hanging lockers and 4 storage lockers. This stateroom gives plenty of light with 5 port holes. |

Salesperson Remarks
|
| Extremely clean and well-kept boat inside and out! Even engine room, lazarette and anchor locker have been painted gloss white. Human waste never allowed aboard, although both heads and holding tank are completely operable. Engine always run to operating temperature under load and diesel always filtered before put in tank. All lockers ventilated with caning or louvers. All sails bagged or furled at the end of each use. Additionally, all ports and hatches throughout the vessel have are screened and covered. A meticulous owner! |
