PULASKI, Wl, October 04, 2007 - For its unprecedented sales and marketing efforts, Galati Yacht Sales has been named the number-one Marquis Yacht dealer worldwide for the 2007 model year. Galati Yacht Sales received the honor recently during Carver Yacht Group's annual dealership meeting.
The Florida-based company first became a certified Carver Yacht Group dealer in the 2004 model year and has been earning accolades ever since. According to Matt Condon, Marquis Brand Manager for Galati, the team held the number-one title for Carver Yacht sales in 2006 and promptly set its sights on becoming number one in Marquis sales.
“We focused intensely on the Marquis brand using strategies like bi-monthly meetings to disseminate the latest and greatest information about Marquis models with our sales team,” said Condon. “Everyone in the Galati organization from top to bottom was fully engaged in the Marquis brand, and our salespeople were always well-armed with the information they needed to succeed.”
Condon added that the quality of the Marquis models also helped propel the Galati team to number one. “The Marquis is an exceptionally fine product to begin with. The design by Nuvolari-Lenard fits a high-demand niche and the responsiveness of the Marquis Yacht manufacturing team to provide customization solutions that met both dealer needs and customer desires, are two other key reasons behind our success with the Marquis brand.”
