Galati Yacht Sales earns NMMA/MRAA grow Boating Marine Dealer Certification

Galati Yacht Sales is now the largest certified dealer in the nation. Dealer certification was developed by 5 Star Solutions on behalf of the NMMA (National Marine Manufacturers Association) and MRAA (Marine Retailers Association of America) as part of the marine industry’s Grow Boating campaign. Galati Yacht Sales is proud to be one of the first certified dealers and is excited about what this program will mean to the future of the marine industry. Galati Yacht Sales immediately embraced the Certification Program recognizing the value to both the consumer and the marine industry. The certification process provides a stringent criteria of best practices that will be used to “raise the bar” on interaction between retailers and consumers. Dealer Certification included implementation of a Consumer Bill of Rights, a Matrix of Best Practices, and an independent audit of dealer practices and facilities. The dealer certification program fit perfectly into Galati Yachts current business practices and company ethics.
