YACHT COUNCIL IS THE YACHT BROKERAGE INDUSTRY.

Yacht Broker Associations that have worked together for as much as 80 years, have finally come together under one global federation. They have channeled their energies together to achieve one common goal "The advancement of the Yacht Brokerage Profession".

This federation is called the YACHT COUNCIL:


The yacht specifications contained in this site represent yachts that are under signed contract with the owners to sell. All boats are centrally listed insuring you, the buyer, that the yacht is:

Represented as accurately as possible.

  • Is represented by a professional yacht broker under contract with the seller to represent his/her boat.
  • Is represented by a professional broker who is accountable to a code of ethics.
  • Is represented by a professional yacht broker who is appropriately licensed by any government codes and who maintains a separate escrow account and proper performance bonds as required by regional laws.
  • Is represented by a professional boat broker who is versed on various tax laws, duties, certifications and is familiar with comparable market values.

We respect your time and we appreciate that serious buyers don't have the time to chase boats that are not really for sale or fly to parts unknown, only to find out that the boat is not as represented. We take seriously our relationship with buyers and sellers and provide you with the best information and professional service.
