Welcome aboard En'Less!  Step through her automatic sliding glass door into a relaxed spirited salon.  Beautiful mahogany wood joinery, Italian leather and marble accents set the tone for a relaxed atmosphere.  To port a marble and mahogany wet bar welcomes you into the very luxurious salon.  A large L-shaped sofa with mahogany table provides panoramic views around the yacht through large glass windows. To starboard is a flat screen entertainment center and a built in mahogany hutch for storage, featuring separate compartments for the custom fine china.  All of her mahogany wood joinery was custom fit by Italian craftsman as well as her custom furniture. Forward of the salon is a formal marble dinning table with extraordinary lighting options for all moods providing seating for 8 in a very private setting. Adjacent to the dinning area is the galley, which can be closed off for privacy by an automatic sliding glass door.  The open work space in the galley is fit for any gourmet chef and has a privacy door to the outside.  Moving forward of the dining area is the wheel house and chart table with booth style seating.  Additionally, there is another door open to the outside. 

Forward of the helm and down several steps are four staterooms, each with ensuite heads, with the second master suite being forward.  Heading aft, down a beautiful mahogany companionway, are two guest staterooms with ensuite heads and the huge full beam master suite with sumptuous ensuite head.  

The salon is as open as you want it to be, or it can be closed off into a very private area via automatic sliding glass doors separating the room.  All of the Italian matching mahogany wood joinery work warms the entire area.  The port side of the aft bulkhead has a beautiful built-in mahogany and Italian marble wet bar.  Directly across from the wet bar is an incredible audio visual entertainment system.   Forward in the salon is a large L-shaped sofa with a beautiful mahogany custom hutch for storage, with separate compartments for the custom china.  Separate Italian leather seats are facing the couch.  The salon floor plan is open and airy with large panoramic windows.  This floor plan offers excellent flexibility to suit your needs and your mood.  Forward in this flowing floor plan space you will discover the dining area.

The centerpiece of the dining room is the Italian marble table with beautiful matching dining lights on dimmer switches.  Italian leather chairs surround the stunning table.  Rich mahogany walls warm the entire room.  Another extra are the automatic sliding glass doors that separate the galley and the salon.  This setting creates either an open dining area or very intimate dining room.  Whether enjoying a family meal or celebrating an important event, this versatile dinning room and salon space is ideal for creating lifetime memories.

En'Less' galley is well appointed for any gourmet chef!  This room can be separated from the rest of the boat via an automatic sliding glass door and features an opening door to the outside of the vessel.  The smart pantry design offers plenty of user space and ventilation.

The full beam master suite is warm and luxurious, with ensuite head.  Additional features include a regal king size berth with custom linens and built-in matching night stands.  Mahogany cabinetry surrounds you with elegance and richness fit for a king and queen!  Spacious separate built-in closets with special dedicated shoe drawers and plenty of extra drawers spoil you with abundant storage. 

The beautiful mahogany wood grain is matched so that it looks like it has come from one tree.  The Italian wood joinery really comes through when you look at the level of craftsmanship and detail that went into designing this room.  A full audio visual entertainment package is concealed in the cabinetry.  The master suite also has an emergency escape hatch and fold-out ladder.

All lighting has mood dimming switches and can be controlled from various locations around the room.  Extra seating around the room for reading and lounging.  Numerous inconspicuous opening portholes with hatches allow for natural lighting to warm the soul.  This gorgeous suite was designed to provide deep sleep! 

WOW best describes this spacious opulent room!  Surrounded in matching black onyx faux marble on the floor and walls with large mirrors.  Matching white oval sinks with decorative faucets and glass shelves bring out the richness of this beautiful yacht.  There is a matching bidet next to the large walk in shower with built-in shelving and glass enclosure.  Large opening portholes bathe you in natural light to warm the soul.

The VIP suite stands on it's own as a second master suite!  It's texture and architecture is similar to the master suite.  Sleep deeply in the king size bed with matching built-in night stands, and enjoy the rich and regal mahogany wood that emphasizes a very clean look. 

This suite provides ample storage in matching oversized hanging cabinetry for your long adventures at sea, as well as abundant seating for reading or lounging in a very private room.  All the comforts of a palace on the water!  Large opening portholes to let in the natural light.  The luxurious feeling is very open and airy; your guests will feel privileged to enjoy this lovely suite!

The ensuite VIP head was uniquely designed to contrast the master head with incredible Italian stone.  This room has a matching bidet off to one side of the large glass walk-in shower.  Plenty of space, and large opening portholes for natural light and ventilation.  The floor also compliments the warm feeling of marble stone in this room.

The third and fourth guest staterooms are nearly identical and are across from each other, port and starboard.  Each stateroom accommodates three guests with the use of a pullman.  The twin berths can convert to a comfortable double and each features an ensuite head that are very different in faux marble color patterns with separate matching bidets.  Interior appointments carry through from the master and VIP suites, with a beautiful mahogany wood theme and built-in custom cabinetry and large hanging storage closets.  Attention to detail and dedication to comfort comes through in the design of these two staterooms.  Your guests will feel like royalty in either room!  Big, opening portholes allow for great natural lighting and ventilation.  This yacht easily accommodates 10 guests in abundant comfort and space for long distance travel and entertaining for you and your loved ones.

The guest heads are similar in design, but different in marble and granite flooring and counter top treatments, creating a different feeling in these two rooms.  Attention to detail with custom fixtures and separate bidets, along with roomy showers make these heads pleasant and spacious!

The crew accommodations were uniquely designed and considered on En'less for the privacy of the guests and the crew, allowing the crew to operate around the vessel without disturbing her guests in any fashion.

Located in the bow in front of the bow trunk, providing housing for three crew members, the same level of luxury is consistent in this area in the use of construction materials and fixtures.  This cabin has plenty of storage and creature comforts to accommodate the crew.  These quarters feature a full head and shower facility.

The deck design of this motor yacht offers an amazing amount of outdoor space.  Stepping up the teak staircase from the aft deck, you arrive on the flybridge deck - a huge solid (blonde) teak bridge deck with an abundance of space.  A custom, special made, easy to use top disappears into the radar arch, capturing the sleek lines of the arch and transforming the bridge deck into a total open sun deck during the day or a cool, unobstructed romantic open night sky viewing area.  To port is a custom 8 person built-in Maiora Jacuzzi with a comfortable sun pad on top. Aft of the Jacuzzi is an additional hydraulic tender davit for lifting water toys into the water. 
Walking towards the front of the deck there is a built-in fiberglass wet bar and grill with refrigeration.  The built-in entertainment bar has plenty of  storage and generous extra (rounded-corners) counter space on top. Across from the entertainment center is a L- shaped seating area with a nice size table for afternoon dinning and evening cocktails.  The bridge helm station and  electronics console feature the best brand name equipment available.  To port is a large double companion seat and directly across from the helm seat is another large double matching seat.  A very clean and sexy low profile windshield wraps around the bridge area for safety and effect.  Blonde teak decks, clean fiberglass, a beautiful Jacuzzi / sunpad and a thoughtfully planned layout make this bridge deck the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. A notable feature of Maiora is the construction and planning that took place designing the bridge deck to be extremely versatile and functional for any mood.

The engine room main entrance is from the stern through the trunk.  The second entrance is from the starboard side of the vessel and there is an emergency exit escape hatch.  The aft trunk (or Auxiliaries Room) located aft of the engine room is a large workspace area with extra storage.  The auxiliaries room houses the hydraulic box and pump as well as the fresh water pumps.  The engine room forward bulkhead houses the fuel manifold system and fuel transfer pumps system.  The generators are located, port and starboard, on the aft bulkhead, with the back up electrical switchboard panel. The air conditioning system is located to the port side of the engine room.  The desalinater fresh water system is located on the starboard aft  section of the engine room.  Access to the main engines and most systems are well marked and easy to navigate around.  The engine room is clean and orderly.

The large forward trunk (garage) houses a tender davit with motion and a 10' (3 meter) Zodiac 350 jet boat (115 HP), extra emergency lines, spare anchor and room for various other water toys.  The outside of the lid of the trunk is a large sun pad for sun bathing.  This huge area has tie downs for massive storage of additional cargo for cruising.

Teak decking sets the stage for a comfortable aft deck,  rectangular solid teak table with 5 high back individual chairs and complimented by built-in bench seating for 5  more.  Extra storage is found inside of the bench seating.  There is easy access to the cockpit via two separate teak staircases down to the teak swim platform.  The cockpit features a separate enclosed binnacle aft docking station for ease of docking. Port and starboard electric winch line snubbers/warping winches are featured in the cockpit.  Additional storage is found below each snubber station. 

The teak and stainless steel hydraulic passerelle deploys from this deck, level to the dock.  The passerelle features stainless steel hand railings for safety.  This space provides passage to the flybridge, main salon, swim platform and engine room.  The cockpit is a great meeting place to share casual meals and cocktails with friends or family at marina level.  

En'Less can be easily operated with two persons aboard.  The ease of docking with three separate station locations and bow/stern thrusters makes for a very simple vessel to maneuver.  She makes a statement wherever she is located with beautiful sexy lines and all the attention to detail.  She comes from a well known Italian ship yard (FIPA) - that makes this Maiora stand out every time among other yachts of her size.  This attention to detail ensures greater reliability, safety, customer satisfaction and resale value.
