Generators Kohler/John Deer 100EZ, two sets, cylinder head valves clearance adjusted, injectors dismantled and overhauled, nozzles replaced if required, coolant replaced for Cool-Guard John Deere, alternator driving V-belts replaced.
Generator seawater pump (spare one) overhauled.
Portholes in crew area resealed.
Radars Furuno, magnetrons replaced.
Rescue boat garage hatch hydraulic system, leakages on piping eliminated, fittings replaced.
Sewage transfer pumps in Technical Space, independent start/stop switch installed.
Stabilizers cooling sea water pump Gianneschi type CP 40 LN, model MP/0415697 0,75 kW, pump to dismantled and overhauled.
Tender garage crane hydraulic system; system checked, noisy work eliminated.
Two condensers Alfa Laval McDEW 105CE cleaned, new gaskets on covers fitted.
Two sets of water makers IDROMAR MC3J: oil changed in pumps, active carbon filters replaced, driving belts on pumps replaced, regeneration membranes flushed/cleared, leaks on flanges on membrane tubes and piping eliminated, spares delivered including 2 active carbon filters and compound for membrane regeneration.
Two F/F VALVES replaced.
Dielectric matt for ECR, easy maintenance one to place.
