VESSEL WALK THROUGH

Spacious accommodations for 10 guests in 5 staterooms, Captains cabin + crew. The large covered AFT DECK measures approximately 18 ft. deep by 22 ft. wide.  Here, the favorite spot for dining on the yacht is a large teak table which comfortably seats 10-12.  A wet bar, icemaker and soft drink storage are close at hand with access to the upper deck.

The MAIN SALON, is generous in size and features full walk-around side decks.  Built-in entertainment center, to starboard is the aft area of the salon, which includes a game table with four chairs to port.  The balance of the salon features a large couch, a glass coffee table, ottoman and two leather chairs.

The DINING SALON is forward of the main salon and retains a sense of separation by the use of a partial wall divider.  The beautifully built wood dining table comfortably seats 10 in an intimate atmosphere.  Built in cupboards in the dining salon conceal voluminous storage for crockery, crystal and flatware.

The large GALLEY, unobtrusively located forward of the dining room on the port side, features a large viewing window, a 4x4 center island, granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets and professional restaurant equipment including:

2 new Miele washer and dryers (2006)

2 garbage disposals

2 Jenn Air dishwashers (2006)

Traulsen refrigerator with freezer

Garland electric stove and oven (2006)

The STARBOARD FOYER, just ahead of the main salon on the starboard side is the formal guest entrance.  This main foyer with beautiful marble floor serves as the greeting area. Stairways lead up to the boat deck and down to the accommodations level.

The VIP GUEST CABIN is all the way forward on the main deck and is a favorite cabin of many guests; it is bright & cheerful with large side windows.  Centerline queen berth, vanity to port, hanging locker and a large ensuite bathroom with shower.

ACCOMMODATIONS DECK

Below and forward, the MASTER SUITE, comfortably located in the steadiest and quietest part of the vessel, occupies the full beam and boasts a king size bed.  “His” bathroom is forward to starboard and includes a large granite shower with custom etched glass enclosure.  Opposite to port is a large walk-in, cedar closet with plenty of hanging space, shelves and shoe storage.  “Her” bathroom is aft to port and includes a large Jacuzzi tub with granite enclosure, granite counter tops and floor.  Additionally there is a vanity and pull-out seat and directly above the vanity are sliding Shoji type screens covering the large ports.  If one wishes, this area can be flooded with daylight.

Moving aft of the owner’s stateroom and passing through the foyer leads to the two identical twin bedded GUEST STATEROOMS, port and starboard.  Both staterooms are quite large, have built-in TV, stereo and generous sized baths with black marble tile and enclosed showers.

Going further aft is another VIP GUEST CABIN with king bed, large cedar locker, built-in entertainment center and large en-suite head with sit down marble shower.

On the port side, just forward of the VIP CABIN is the unexpected surprise of a modest sized GYM.  The gym includes a treadmill and bicycle, weights and TV to watch while keeping in shape.

NOTE:  If one wished to make a 6th stateroom of the gym, there is an interconnecting door between the gym and the port guest stateroom head.  This could be converted to a small stateroom for a nanny and child.

BOAT DECK

The BOAT DECK starts forward at the pilothouse with 3 Recaro helm chairs, a ships office and the captain’s quarters.  Pilothouse doors port and starboard allow easy access to the deck and a large teak sunning area directly forward of the pilothouse.  Aft of the wheelhouse is a day head just before entering the SKYLOUNGE.  The recently reconfigured skylounge has nicely styled crescent shaped wood bar to starboard with 4 fixed swivel stools, a comfortable sofa and two wicker chairs and table are located to port, with an Audio Video system including a large wall mounted plasma TV.  The skylounge opens directly aft to a large teak deck with additional area for dining and sun lounging. Stairs lead to the flybridge deck.
