The Mirage 40' is a two-stateroom layout and single head.  The master forward is a centerline queen with ample storage and the starboard side guest stateroom features over and under bunks with storage closet.  The salon and galley are attractively appointed by Marty Lowe Inc with satin cherry cabinetry, halogen interior lighting, and designer countertops and sinks.  Entertainment is represented by a 26" plasma in salon w/Bose surround sound

Walking in the Salon there is an L-shaped couch to port with a full dinette.  Just above the dinette to starboard there is a 26" LCD TV. There is also a Bose Stereo System throughout the boat.

Mirage features a galley down with a two-drawer refrigerator and freezer.  Plenty of beautiful corian counter space, storage and a large microwave!  Also features a two-burner cook top.

At the helm, Glendining electronic engine controls give operators peak performance with ease.  To add to the comfort level, the helm features release helm chairs and companion seat.  There is also a large sized forward console with seating and cushions.  Entertainment is also above with a Clarion XMD4 with 4 Clarion speakers.  Finally at the helm you will find a hydraulic console that rises up when the Mirage is in operation.  Full Furino 3D package with autopilot and color finder.  Twin VHF ICOMS and Palm Beach Controls.

The cockpit is the center of attention when you have a fish on.  There are cockpit combing pads, prep center with engine room entrance, storage lockers, sink, tackle drawers, oversized fish box with split lids and oversized live well.  Removable deck hatch to machinery space, recessed boarding steps and 4 flush rod holders.

The engine room in the 40' Mirage is one of the most impressive layouts to date.  The engines are full accessible and the roominess of the engine room has always shocked anglers.  One of the nicest features of the Mirage is the aft pump room.  Located in the cockpit and sealed water tight, you will find an Onan 9kw generator with sound shield, aluminum fuel tanks (2) with baffles (300aft/150mid), fixed fire extinguisher system and a centralizefd stainless steel sea chest.  Underwater exhaust system, and power with 610 QSM-11's, Cummins power plant oil change system and oversized 1000 Racor fuel filters.  Engines have approximately 16 hours.
