Our offices are located atSalt Creek Marina in the Salt Creek Marine District of Downtown St. Pete. Our address is 105 15th Ave. S.E., St. Petersburg, FL 33701, previously Morgan's Landing. With our expanded offices, Fillingham Yacht Sales now offers our customers immediate access to comprehensive full boat yard services, including a 50-Ton lift to accommodate larger yachts. Wet slips are also available for brokerage boats on a monthly basis.
We offer you a wide range of services to make sure that your time on our waterways are safe and enjoyable. We can help you with insurance, financing, trades, transportation and boating instruction, both power and sailing. We know your time is valuable. Our company offers extensive services to and there are Tax Breaks available for California boat buyers. We have assisted several California Customers in finding the right boat for their family. We also have extensive experience helping our International Customers with their yacht searches and sales and shipping the boats to Europe and Greece. In addition, we also have an office in Miami, Florida to accommodate all of our East Coast Florida clients and our International Spanish-speaking clients. Our Miami office is staffed by Tony Juan who is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and Ernesto Bustamante who is fluent in Spanish.

Bob and Shar Fillingham, USCG Masters Licensed Captains and certified US Power boating instructors, are full time yacht brokers with offices in St. Petersburg in the Tampa Bay area on the West Coast of Florida.

Jim Clark is a qualified USCG Masters Licensed Captain; and has over 30 years of sailing and power boating experience in the Northeast U.S. inland and coastal waters, the Chesapeake Bay, Florida waters and the Caribbean. With extensive experience representing both domestic and international buyers and sellers of quality yachts, Jim is well positioned to assist you with your current and future yachting requirements.
Tony Juan is a very experienced boater throughout the SE Coast of Florida, Bahamas and Latin America. He is located in Miami, Florida and will make sure that your needs and expectations are met whether you are buying or selling any boat. Tony has years of experience in importing and exporting; and he can answer any questions you may have about International yacht sales. Ron Wilkson has over 40 years experience as an avid boater. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps. He has served as the Commodore of Yachting Rotarians for five years and is still active in this great organization. He has owned and operated a membership boating business at John's Pass, FL, "Club Nautico", keeping 10 boats afloat and available for members. Ron has personally owned several sail boats and power boats; and has operated boats up to 65 feet on both coasts of Florida. Ron's background includes many years of Corporate Finance and valuation of complex issues. This is of significant benefit to boat owners or buyers to assist in the realistic pricing and assistance in all facets of selling or buying.
Ernesto Bustamante has been operating power boats since he was a young teenager; and has a great deal of experience on his own family's power boats. Ernesto has boated in Latin America, Bahamas, and SE Coast of Florida. He is fluent in Spanish and can help you find the right boat for your family. He has worked directly with Bertram Yachts; and is professionally knowledgeable of all high end quality boat lines. He has a great positive attitude and is anxious to help you find the perfect boat for you.
